Employees are provided three (3) VTO (volunteer time off) days per year to give back to their communities. We also encourage donations and match 1:1 up to $1,000 per calendar year, per employee. Additionally, Actian has made a commitment to donate to our pillars of commitment: STEM, Food Insecurity, and Climate & Sustainability.
